PAYMENT

Ringsted Outlet Center P/S accepts payment by Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and JCB. Payment will be debited from your account once the order has been sent. All amounts are in Danish kroner, DKK, and are inclusive of VAT.

Ringsted Outlet Center P/S uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. SSL is the highest possible standard of encryption and security for credit card payments on the internet, which means that your details cannot be read.

DELIVERY

The gift voucher is sent by PostNord Quickbrev. Delivery costs DKK 30 (per order).
Shipping only in Denmark. For delivery outside Denmark, please contact us at info@ringstedoutlet.dk.

DELIVERY TIMES

Gift vouchers are dispatched daily on weekdays before 15:00.
With Quickbrev shipping, gift vouchers are delivered in 1-2 working days.

Gift cards ordered Monday – Friday before 12.00 are dispatched the same day. Gift cards ordered after 12.00 are dispatched the following day.

Gift cards ordered on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If you regret the purchase of a gift voucher, you must notify us within 14 days of the purchase. The notification must be given by email at info@ringstedoutlet.dk. In the message, please make it clear that you want to exercise your cancellation right. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it with the return. You can find it here

From the date of cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The right of cancellation starts from the moment you receive the gift voucher.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them.

Remember to include information that allows us to identify you: name, address and telephone number. Please enclose the order confirmation. The shipping costs incurred for the return of a gift voucher shall be borne by the customer. Ringsted Outlet Center P/S is not liable for gift cards that are returned and do not reach us. Once you have returned a gift voucher to the above address, we will credit the amount paid and deposit the money into your account within 8 days of receipt.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to complain about an item purchased with a gift voucher, please go to the shop where the item was purchased.

PERSONAL DATA

We never collect personal data without you providing us with this information when you purchase a gift voucher. In these cases, information on name, address, telephone number and email is collected. Personal data is used to fulfil the purchase order for which the data was collected. We are obliged to store this information for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information is deleted.

By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to us saving your email address and sending you newsletters containing news, articles, info about events and offers from Ringsted Outlet.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties and we do not record any sensitive personal data.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to such registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on Processing of Personal Data, and inquiries in this connection should be directed to Ringsted Outlet’s Centre Office via email info@ringstedoutlet.dk.

The Centre Manager and employees of the online and e-commerce department of Ringsted Outlet Center P/S have access to the information registered about you.

We take all appropriate security measures to ensure that personal data is handled and stored securely. However, we cannot guarantee 100 per cent security for data transfers over the internet. This means there may be a risk that others will unjustifiably force access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You thus provide your personal information at your own risk.
In the event that we become aware of a personal data breach, without undue delay we will notify the Data Protection Authority and the individuals whose data are affected by the breach.
